1. No Guarantees

• Participation in any program, mentorship, or coaching offered by VL does not guarantee any specific results, financial or otherwise.

• Any results shared on our website, social media, or in marketing are examples only and may or may not be typical.

• Your success depends on your effort, dedication, and other factors outside our control.

2. Program Access

• Access to our programs is granted upon receipt of payment.

• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate access at our discretion.

• Programs, content, and resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Doing so will subject you to potential legal repercussions

• ALL CLIENTS will be required to sign an NDA, failure to do so will result in a refund and termination of access to services.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full or via approved installment plan.

• Installment plans will auto-charge as scheduled until complete, unless canceled per Section 4.

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

• All prices are in USD.

4. Cancelation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for any payments made.

• You may cancel your installment plan at any time, but any payments already processed are non-refundable.

• By enrolling, you agree to this policy.

• If you cancel an installment plan before all payments are complete, access WILL be revoked at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting VL first is considered a breach of these terms.

• We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with the payment processor.

• Excessive chargebacks may result in termination of access and legal action if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided are the property of VL.

• You may not copy, distribute, or claim ownership of any content.

• Intellectual property violations may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

• VL, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our programs.

• This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, profits, or data.

8. No Professional Advice

• Any content, coaching, or guidance provided is for educational purposes only.

• It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

• Always consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.

9. Modifications

• VL may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Refund Policy

• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Installment plans are non-refundable for payments already processed.

• Cancellation may result in immediate loss of access.

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, results, change of mind, or inability to participate. These are YOUR responsibility.

By completing your application, and or payment, you acknowledge that:
